Prayers for Your Career: Surviving Job Search Silence

Father God,

The majesty of your name fills the earth! I have to be honest that I am frustrated by not hearing from all of the positions for which I have applied. I repent if I am showing impatience. However, I need faith to continue on this journey. Give me peace as I wait in silence for calls from employers. My confidence is in You, Lord. Thank You that my name is at the right place at the right time and the right people are attracted to my skills and abilities. I know that You are aware of my every concern. Your word in I Peter5:6 (NKJV) brings peace to me. “Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” Let my career be a testimony to show God cares.
